Detailed look at my Reflux Gourmet order

My experience with Reflux Gourmet started when I purchased the Reflux Gourmet Starter Kit. The ordering process on their website was straightforward and intuitive; I had no issues finding what I needed. Shipping took exactly 5 business days to reach my address in Ohio, which was within their stated timeframe. The kit arrived well-packaged, with each item individually sealed. I particularly found the Vanilla Caramel Rescue to be effective, and the texture was surprisingly pleasant. I had a small question about the dosage, so I used their online contact form. Customer service responded within 24 hours, providing a clear and helpful answer. The only minor point is that the Golden Comfort Turmeric Latte Mix, while interesting, wasn't quite for me, but that's a personal taste preference. It's a solid option for anyone looking for natural reflux relief.

Helped my heartburn

So, I decided to try Reflux Gourmet after seeing an ad. My heartburn's been a real pain lately. I grabbed the Vanilla Caramel Rescue and it actually tasted pretty good, way better than anything else I've tried. It shipped out pretty quick and got to my place in about 4 days. It really helped calm things down after I ate. I was a bit worried about ordering online for something like this, but it all went smoothly. Definitely thinking about getting more once this bottle is done.

Good product, minor shipping issue

I ordered the Mint Chocolate Rescue and it works pretty well for my acid reflux. The taste is actually decent for something meant to help with GERD. I was able to get free shipping on my order, which was a plus. It took about 6 days to arrive, which felt a little slow compared to some other online stores, but it wasn't a deal-breaker. Overall, I'm satisfied with the product's effectiveness and the value, though faster shipping would be an improvement.

How easy are returns if I don't like it? Or if it doesn't work for me?

P Priya Y. 1 month ago
I haven't returned anything myself, but their policy seems pretty straightforward on the website. I think you just contact them.

O Omar Y. 1 month ago
Yeah, returns are usually fine as long as it's within the window and not opened, I think. I returned a wrong order once and it was pretty painless.

any current discount codes floating around besides the first order one?

D Dan 2 months ago
Sometimes they send out seasonal ones via email if you're on their list.

Keep an eye out for holiday sales like Black Friday or Cyber Monday, those usually have bigger discounts. Otherwise, the 10% for signing up is pretty standard.

Is this stuff really better than just regular Gaviscon? Like, what's the difference with the alginate thing?

M Megan A. 2 months ago
The Reflux Gourmet uses a different type of alginate that's supposed to be more effective and create a stronger raft. Plus, the ingredients are a lot cleaner.

I find it way better than Gaviscon. Gaviscon just kinda sits there, but the Reflux Gourmet actually feels like it coats and protects my esophagus. And the flavors are way better, obviously.

Can you use more than one promo code? I have a first-time buyer one and I saw something about free shipping over $50.

G Greg Nguyen 1 month ago
Pretty sure they don't let you stack codes. Most places don't.

E Elena 1 month ago
Nah, usually it's one code per order. The free shipping over $50 is automatic though, so you can still get that with your discount code.

How long does shipping usually take? Trying to figure out if I'll get it before my trip next week if I order today.

N Nick Y. 1 month ago
For me, it was like 4-5 business days to California.

C Chris Bennett 1 month ago
Yeah, I'm on the East Coast and it usually takes about a week, give or take a day. Don't think it'll make it by next week if you order today, unless you're super close to their shipping center or something.

Is this stuff actually good for LPR? Been struggling to find something that helps.

N Noor A. 2 months ago
I use the LPR Relief Supplement and it's been a game changer for my throat symptoms. Not a cure, but definitely helps manage it.
3
D Daisy Ito 2 months ago
Yeah, I've heard good things. The alginate gels are supposed to create a raft that protects your throat from acid, which is key for LPR. Worth a try!

Thinking about getting the subscription for the vanilla caramel. Is the discount worth it?

A Andre J. 1 month ago
Definitely. The subscription discount is usually like 10-15% off, and you can pause or cancel anytime.
5
J Julia Brooks 1 month ago
Yeah, if you know you're gonna keep using it, the subscription saves you a decent amount. Plus you don't have to remember to reorder.

Hey, anyone know if they ship to Canada? Or is it US only for now?

N Nick 2 months ago
Nah, just checked their site. Looks like US only for now. Bummer.

Yeah, I tried to order to Toronto a few months back and it wouldn't let me. Just US.
